HOW TO MANAGE STRESS

The secret to happiness is from within and not on material things but you doubt it… then I'll tell you today….

Stress

Stress is a normal reaction the body has when changes occur, resulting in physical, emotional, and intellectual responses. Stress management training can help you deal with changes in a healthier way.

- And here are the two ways to better stress management.

1. Better planning.

with better planning means no surprises and even if it comes you'll already be ahead of time 80% of the problem solved.

2. Meditation.

Meditation results in calmness and clarity of the mind and since the mind is the driver…., plus the meditation products like mental scanning, detoxing, and so on, so this will help bring clearer, quicker, and better solutions to the faced changes which are only 20%.

3. Sleep well.

Most of us take it simple and on into overworking and thinking resulting in unfinished work and harmful thoughts, sleep is a proper medical tool so make good use of it, it's believed that human beings need at least 7.5 sleep hours to sleep well for a better healthy mind.

4. Read (Books).

This aspect will provide you many more ways, when you're a reader you pass by so many pages of books that talk about many things about life so they say, "A reader lives thousands more lives before he dies. And a man who never reads lives only once." I encourage you to start reading, just pick books on topics you like, read a few pages a day and go on for a month without stopping until it turns into an automatic habit.

Use these two key points for better stress management.

Good luck with your stress management training.

Asante.

Frank Mcharo.

THE ART OF FORGIVENESS.

Frank envisages the importance of Forgiveness, to maintain good relationships. Moreover, who does one constantly interact with?  it's family members first, then friends, neighbors, relatives, and those one associates with daily life. More often it's the spouse, children, and parents that need pardoning most for hurts inflicted, perhaps unintentionally.     Would You not therefore rather forgive than hold a grudge, instead of disrupting the peace in a home.?     Harboring a hurt is to be resentful which of course is not good. The sufferer is the one holding the resentment. It is also self-destructive and harmful to others. Often due to disagreements, one gets into a heated argument. Harsh words leave an agonizing pain, and with time, the hurt deepens, if no effort for an amendment is made. This is exactly what happened between HIM and his WIFE ( Grace Frank ), in such instances, it becomes even more difficult to forgive. This is the greatest hitch and block. Not forgiving, fes
