Singita Faru Faru OUR SAFARI WITH SINGITA FARU FARU




 



"Mishi is the most amazing guide,
From east to west we traveled far & wide,
We counted tons of lions,
Belonging to four different pride.


"Despite the ants climbing all over Devon and Faye,
Singita Explore was an extraordinary stay,
Dominic was the best grill chef ever,
The dinners by the campfire we will remember forever.


"Birds of all kinds of feathers flocked together,
Falcon, eagles, and even a few owls,
We saw and heard the lion's howl.


"With tummies full of zebras, ten lions ate with pride.

But when the hyena ate the baby topi we almost cried.

"Faru faru is amazing, 
We have a safari while gazing,
From every room and our own pool,
This is way beyond cool.

When Faye's phone fell off the jeep,
Later with the iPad, we made it beep,
Mishi spotted it on the hillside,
Before we spied another pride 

"The dead baby giraffe made us all very sad,
The male lion would not share,
But he fed our favorite cub Carmelo
The male lion would not share,

"Eric the black rihno gave a good show,
And back at Faru Faru, Frank was in the "know"
Pouring all different kinds of wine'
Everyone is glad we did not start a conga line.

"A baby cheetah, It's mama beside'
A leopard snoozing in a tree, we spied
As a jackal fought for gazelle hide.


"Frank did deliver,
Brunch down by the river
We ate and drank more than our share,
And with all the help we did not have a care.



As we get ready to leave,
we will be happy and will not grieve

And we know conservation is a goal.
When Education and community come together
Everyone's life is changed for the better.
We will cherish our time at Faru - Faru.

THE ART OF FORGIVENESS.

Frank envisages the importance of Forgiveness, to maintain good relationships. Moreover, who does one constantly interact with?  it's family members first, then friends, neighbors, relatives, and those one associates with daily life. More often it's the spouse, children, and parents that need pardoning most for hurts inflicted, perhaps unintentionally.     Would You not therefore rather forgive than hold a grudge, instead of disrupting the peace in a home.?     Harboring a hurt is to be resentful which of course is not good. The sufferer is the one holding the resentment. It is also self-destructive and harmful to others. Often due to disagreements, one gets into a heated argument. Harsh words leave an agonizing pain, and with time, the hurt deepens, if no effort for an amendment is made.
